modern homes with room to roam

Building Quality, Comfort & Community

At Trestlewood, our designs are thoroughly thought-out to meet the demand for modern, safer, and healthier homes and communities.

Plentiful outdoor gathering spaces—firepits, gardens, playgrounds, dogs parks—are the cornerstone of our neighborhoods, encouraging residents to get outside, play, socialize, and relax. These shared areas are surrounded by tasteful, low-maintenance private homes that emphasize comfort and convenience, with airy front porches that open onto generous green spaces.

Our homes are built to the highest standards of sustainability, using local lumber and suppliers. Quality is paramount, and attention to detail is evident: our eco-friendly, air-tight homes come equipped with latest smart home systems, level two electric vehicle chargers, and high-efficiency heat pumps, providing long-term savings and lasting value.

Select your home to match your tastes with a multitude of options, including various floor plans and color palettes - even the integration of a separate Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU).

our vision

parkside, front-porch communities

"It might seem intuitive that spending time outside is good for you. Whether it’s taking a walk to clear your head or smelling flowers in a backyard garden, getting outside is a dependable way to feel better."
"(Pocket neighborhoods) are ideal for people in many different stages of their life. They offer a connection for older people who might be otherwise lonesome and also for younger people with small families."
"A porch is 'the only place where you can feel like you are outside and inside at the same time; out with all of the neighbors and alone reading a book.' - Claude Stephens, founder of a tongue-in-cheek group called Professional Porch Sitters Union Local 1339"

have a question, like...

What is a porch-to-park neighborhood?

A “porch-to-park” neighborhood is our concept for providing easy access to the outdoors and encouraging community building in a secure setting. Trestlewood homes are built with garages street-side and a large covered porch on the park side. This invites residents to open their doors and step onto their porches that lead into abundant shared parks and trails. This concept makes it easy to enjoy the park and interact with the neighbors or just sit on the porch and enjoy a cup of coffee or a conversation with a friend.
